💎Instructions for DL, DD, and DJ Air Coolers

1、 Applicable scope

DL high-temperature type (storage temperature 12 to -2 ° C) with a sheet spacing of 4.5mm

DD medium temperature type (storage temperature -2 to -18 ° C) sheet spacing 6.5mm

DJ low-temperature type (storage temperature -18 to -31 ° C) sheet spacing 9.0mm

💎Defrosting method

① Electric melting frost ② Water flushing frost ③ Thermal fluorination frost

💎Characteristics and performance

1)Made of high-quality copper tubes and aluminum fins, the shell has undergone anti rust coating treatment. The product has a reasonable structure, high heat exchange efficiency, uniform frost formation, saves electricity, has low operating costs, and is easy to install.

2)Efficient fan, with large air volume, long range, low noise, and long service life.

3)The copper pipe adopts a fully automatic processing and forming process to ensure that the inside of the pipeline is dry and dust-free.

4)The coil undergoes a 2.6mpa airtightness test to ensure the product’s airtightness requirements; Aluminum and copper sheets are tightly expanded, resulting in good heat exchange efficiency

5)The electric defrosting uses stainless steel tubular electric heating tubes with strong insulation performance, which are reasonably distributed, have a short defrosting time, and have good effects. The water defrosting adopts a special spray design to prevent splashing.

6)Select branded motors and electric heating tubes, with stable quality, low noise, low energy consumption, and high efficiency.

💎Precautions for selecting air coolers:

1) When the warehouse temperature is around 0 ° C, the difference between the compressor evaporation gradient and the warehouse temperature is taken as 8 ° C.

2) When the warehouse temperature is around -18 ° C, the difference between the compressor evaporation gradient and the warehouse temperature is taken as 7 ° C.

3) When the warehouse temperature is around -25 ° C, the difference between the compressor evaporation gradient and the warehouse temperature is taken as 6 ° C.

4) According to the selected evaporation temperature, select the compressor cooling capacity based on 1.15 times the calculated load of the warehouse.

💎Choose the type of fins for the air cooler:

1) When the temperature of the warehouse is around 0 ° C, the sheet spacing is taken as 4.5mm.

2) When the temperature of the warehouse is around -18 ° C, the sheet spacing is taken as 6.5mm.

3) When the temperature of the warehouse is around -25 ° C, the sheet spacing is taken as 9.0mm.

💎Select the cooling fan model based on the cooling capacity QO of the selected compressor’s design working condition:

1) When the inventory temperature is around 0 ° C, select the air cooler according to 1.0xQO.

2) When the inventory temperature is around -18 ° C, select the air cooler according to 1.1xQo.

3) When the inventory temperature is around -25 ° C, select the air cooler according to 1.27xQO. If R134a is used as the refrigerant, the cooling capacity QO should be increased by 10% -15% when selecting the air cooler.

💎Description&Main Features:

  1. The product structure is reasonable, and the panel and side panels adopt a stepped structure, which has greater strength and reduces fan vibration and noise. The water collection tray and both sides are convenient and removable.
  2. The shell has undergone phosphating treatment and surface spraying treatment, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, smooth and beautiful surface, and long service life.
  3. The copper pipe adopts a fully automatic processing and forming process to ensure that the inside of the pipeline is dry and clean.
  4. The coil undergoes a 2.6MPa airtightness test to ensure the product’s airtightness requirements; The copper tube and fins are expanded by a hydraulic press, and the fins and copper tube are tightly and evenly distributed, stable, and have high heat transfer performance.
  5. Choose branded fans and electric heating tubes with stable quality, low noise, low energy consumption, and high efficiency; Trough shaped hanger, easy to install; All wiring connections are plugged into one electrical box, making installation and maintenance convenient.
  6. Stainless steel tubular electric heating tubes with strong insulation are selected for electric defrosting, with a reasonable layout and short defrosting time, resulting in good results. The customer adds a module to the controller, which can achieve automatic defrosting with fast defrosting speed, good effect, and low energy consumption.
